What managed care is for
Managed hosting and care is for clients who want Banyan Tree Design to handle the technical side of keeping a site online, making routine updates, supporting forms, and handling practical post-launch needs.
The exact setup depends on the website. A simple brochure site, content site, and custom tool do not all need the same support arrangement.

How requests work
Active clients can send support requests through the portal. A good request explains the page or feature involved, what needs to change, and any real deadline. Routine changes can usually be handled inside the support relationship. Larger changes are reviewed and scoped before work begins.
No credential storage
Managed care does not mean storing your private passwords, API keys, recovery codes, or sensitive account credentials. When access is needed, use provider invitations or collaborator access whenever possible.
