Before launch
Before a website goes live, Banyan Tree Design checks the practical pieces that matter most: correct business details, working contact paths, mobile layout, domain/DNS setup, SSL, and the pages customers are most likely to visit.
- Business name, phone, email, and service area are correct
- Primary calls to action work on mobile and desktop
- Forms, booking links, email links, and phone links are tested
- Core pages have clear titles and descriptions
- Domain and DNS records point to the final website
- SSL/HTTPS is active
- Client-owned accounts and access paths are documented
What you should review
Review the site like a customer. Check whether the services are clear, the business feels trustworthy, the contact path is easy, and the most important information is accurate. Small wording fixes are normal before launch.
Ownership after launch
Your domain and important business accounts should stay under your control whenever possible. Banyan Tree Design may keep access for managed care, routine updates, hosting support, or agreed maintenance, but your business should not be trapped inside a vendor-owned setup.
Thirty-day cleanup
Starter website projects include a short cleanup period after launch. This is for practical launch fixes: small copy adjustments, photo swaps, obvious layout issues, broken links, form checks, and similar cleanup items.
Larger new pages, new tools, booking systems, custom dashboards, or ongoing update needs are scoped separately.
Ongoing care
Some clients want Banyan Tree Design to continue handling hosting, updates, forms, content changes, and support requests. We can review that as a support relationship after launch. The exact setup depends on the site, infrastructure, and level of help needed.
Access after handoff
If you want Banyan Tree Design to keep access for support, we will keep only the access needed for the agreed work. If you prefer to remove access after handoff, you can do that from your provider accounts.
