At Banyan Tree Design, we want your website to belong to you. That means your domain, hosting, website code, and form tools should live in accounts that you control. We’ll guide you through the setup and only ask for access where needed.
You can still have Banyan Tree Design build, launch, and support the site. The important accounts stay yours.

Cloudflare
Recommended defaultDomain registration, DNS, and security
We recommend Cloudflare for new domains because it keeps domain ownership, DNS, SSL, security, and future website changes organized in one client-owned account.
GitHub
Recommended for handoffWebsite code ownership
GitHub can hold your website files in an account you control after the project is complete.
Web3Forms or Formspree
If your site has a formContact form submissions
If your website includes a contact form, a form service can send messages to your email without adding extra maintenance.
Business email provider

If you want an email address like hello@yourbusiness.com, we can point you toward email provider options, but email setup may depend on your current tools.
Already have accounts?
Already using GoDaddy, Namecheap, Squarespace, Wix, Google Workspace, Zoho, or another provider? That’s usually okay. These recommendations create a smoother owner-controlled setup, but most common providers can work.
Do not send passwords
Please do not send us your account passwords. When access is needed, we’ll guide you through inviting Banyan Tree Design as a collaborator, admin, or temporary user whenever the provider supports it.
